status update

PUMA Development was selected by the City of Sugar Land to submit a general development plan for the Imperial Regional Activity Center.  The general plan has been approved by City Council and PUMA is in the process of preparing a final development plan that will be submitted to the City for their approval.

What does approval of the General Development Plan mean?

Approval of the General Development Plan provides a framework of development regulations and land uses, including multi-family, that can be requested in future applications. Future zoning applications will require traffic studies, school impact studies, infrastructure analysis etc. and provide opportunities for the public to provide feedback, including public hearings at Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council.
